 We are a real estate investment company incorporated and registered in the state of Florida. Our real estate activities are focused in Central Florida. We currently own and rent many properties and have successfully completed many small and large residential renovations. We also wholesale properties to other investors.

CFRI is the largest Real Estate Investment  Association in the State of Florida and is one of the largest in the United States.  In 2007, 2008 and 2009, CFRI was presented the "Award of Excellence", the highest national honor bestowed on any Real Estate Investment Association by the National Real Estate Investors Association.
