How To Rent
1. Call (321) 278-9916 to schedule a physical inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. See Qualifications for Rental2. If you are sure which property you want, go to Rent Applications and submit an Application for each adult that will be living in the home.
3. There is no charge for applications. You will be contacted to schedule an appointment at the property.
4. If you will be moving in within four weeks, we will execute a Move-in Commitment Letter and take the property off the market and hold it for you. You will be required to pay the deposit at that time.
5. If you are moving in immediately, we will execute a lease and complete the Move-in Checklist.
