How To Rent

3.  There is no charge for applications. You will be contacted to schedule an appointment at the property.

4.  If you will be moving in within two weeks, we will execute a Move-in Commitment Letter and take the property off the market and hold it for you. You will be required to pay the deposit at that time.

5.  If you are moving in immediately, we will execute a lease and complete the Move-in Checklist.
